Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find MacroCam and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open MacroCam, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The app isn't tracking my screen time correctly

Make sure Screen Time is enabled in your iPhone Settings. Go to Settings > Screen Time and verify it's turned on. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or your device.
